What exactly is Holistic Nutrition?

Holistic nutrition is about optimizing your health through natural foods. Eating holistic means absorbing foods that aren’t processed, refined, and full of artificial ingredients. This allows you to reap the benefits of eating. You’ll be taking in nutrients from your food instead of chemicals found in artificial foods that lead to illness and obesity.

Who is a candidate for holistic nutrition?

Everyone! Whether you want to start eating healthy, looking to get in shape or looking to manage a specific disorder or illness, holistic nutrition is right for you. The holistic approach isn’t about crash dieting or fad diets, it’s a healthy approach to living.

How do we go about the holistic approach?

If you’re interested in starting a holistic nutrition program, the first step is for you and me to get to know each other. We will discuss your goals, concerns, and all there is to know to customize your program to best fit your individual needs. For your convenience, you will be able to fill out this information through the Holistic Nutrition Consultation form found on our website. I will then reach out to you privately to discuss what program is best for you. What to expect next:

After your consultation and program have successfully been customized to satisfy your goals, you will then be sent an invitation to download an app. The app is your guide to the next 28 days of living a holistic lifestyle. The app will have everything outlined for easy access. Your plan will be set up showing a list of what to eat, what’s in, and what’s out. Next will have your daily guides from day 1 to day 28 showing what’s recommended from

morning to night, all meals included even snacks.

Also, you will find recipe recommendations for every day of the program, which include breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, and dinner. You also have the option to go off the scheduled recipes and search by type if you’re in the mood for something different. We have recipes for juices & smoothies, breakfast, soups, salads, entrees, snacks, sides, and even dessert.

Changing the way you eat also means changing the way you shop, which could sound daunting. People by nature are set in their ways and sometimes the hardest part of eating healthy is knowing how to do so. We got that covered. In the app, you’ll see a weekly shopping list. All are categorized by section: produce, dairy, poultry & fish, spices, and more.

Lastly, If we feel that supplements are something that should be added to your lifestyle that will be added to your plan on the app, so you can stay on top of your health goals.
